It is known that Phoenix has being a symbol of rebirth, ressurrection, everlasting life. Life after death and representing the cycle of the sun seccing and rising. The overall idea of the Phoenix, though, is that keeps going, and it really never dies or ends.

She lives a long life, and then it is consumed by flames, only to immediatly rise again from the ashes. Every morning at dawn, the Sun God, would stop his chariot, to listen to the bird sing, a beautiful song while it bathed in the well.

Phoenix energy gives us the oportunity to put and end to the old way of doing things, and the old ways of regarding ourselves, and enter into a new place where we can create ourselves into a fresh and dynamic person.
